Binding Obligation of Purchaser. This Agreement constitutes the legally binding obligation of Purchaser in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof, subject as to its enforceability to limitations imposed by bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or similar laws relating to or effecting creditors' rights, generally and to the general principals of equity.
