Common use of Binding on Assigns Clause in Contracts

Binding on Assigns. All terms, conditions, and agreements of this Lease shall be binding upon, apply, and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, representatives, successors, and permitted assigns.

Binding on Assigns. All termsagreements, conditions, covenants and agreements of obligations in this Lease contained shall be binding upon, apply, upon and inure to the benefit of the Successors, Personal Representatives, Assigns and Devisees of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, representatives, successors, and permitted assignsas fully as the parties themselves.
