Binding on Heirs. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, representatives, transferees, successors, and assigns.
Binding on Heirs. This Agreement and the terms and conditions hereof are binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of Port and the heirs, executors, administrators and, to the extent permitted hereunder, the assigns of Owner.

Binding on Heirs. This Lease shall be binding upon and for the benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators, and successors of the County and Lessee in like manner as upon the original parties, except as provided by mutual written agreement.

Subject to the provisions of this Lease on assignment and subletting, each and all of the conditions of this Lease shall be binding on and shall inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors, executors, administrators, assigns, and personal representatives of the respective parties.
