Binding on Heirs and Successors. This Lease shall be binding on and shall inure to the benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns of the parties hereto, Lessor and Lessee, but nothing in this section contained shall be construed as a consent by Lessor to any assignment of this Lease or any interest therein by Lessee except as provided in Article 8 of this Lease.
