Binding on Heirs and Successors. This lease shall be binding on and shall inure to the benefit of the heirs, executors, administrators, succes­sors, and assigns of the parties hereto, Lessor and Lessee, but nothing in this section contained shall be construed as a consent by Lessor to any assignment of this lease or any interest therein by Xxxxxx.
