Binding on Heirs and Successors. The provisions of this Agreement shall be binding on and shall inure to the benefit of both of the parties and to their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, but nothing in this Section shall be construed as a consent by Owner to any assignment of this Agreement or any interest in it by Manager, except as provided in Section 44 of this Agreement.
