Binding on Owner Sample Clauses

Binding on Owner. The person executing this Agreement on behalf of Owner has full power and authority to bind Owner to the obligations set forth herein, and upon execution and delivery of the same, this Agreement will constitute a valid and binding instrument enforceable in accordance with its terms.

  • Binding on Successors This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the respective heirs, successors, permitted assigns and legal representatives of the parties hereto.
