Binding on Parties and Successors. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of and shall be enforceable against, the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns including each successive holder of the Owner Participant's interest and each successive holder of any Certificate issued and delivered pursuant to this Agreement or the Trust Indenture whether or not an express assignment to such holder of rights and obligations under this Agreement has been made.
