Common use of Binding on Successors; No Assignment by Guarantor Clause in Contracts

Binding on Successors; No Assignment by Guarantor. All guaranties, warranties, representations, covenants and agreements in this Guaranty shall bind the successors and assigns of Guarantor and shall benefit Lender, its successors and assigns, and any holder of any part of the Obligation. Guarantor shall not assign or delegate any of its obligations under this Guaranty or any of the Documents without Lender’s express prior written consent.
