Common use of Binding on Successors, Transferees and Assigns; Assignment Clause in Contracts

Binding on Successors, Transferees and Assigns; Assignment. In addition to, and not in limitation of, Section 2.7, this Guaranty shall be binding upon each Guarantor and its successors, transferees, and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Agent, each Lender, and their respective successors, transferees, and assigns (to the full extent provided pursuant to Section 2.7); provided, however, that no Guarantor may assign any of its obligations hereunder.
