Common use of Binding on Successors, Transferees and Assigns; Assignment Clause in Contracts

Binding on Successors, Transferees and Assigns; Assignment. This Guaranty shall be binding upon the Guarantor and its successors, transferees and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Administrative Agent, each other Lender Party and their respective successors, transferees and assigns permitted by Section 10.04 of the Credit Agreement.

Binding on Successors, Transferees and Assigns; Assignment. This Guaranty shall be binding upon the Guarantor and its successors, transferees and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Administrative Agent, each other Lender Party and their respective successors, transferees and assigns permitted by Section 10.04 9.04 of the Credit Agreement.

This Guaranty shall be binding upon the Guarantor and its successors, transferees and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Administrative Agent, each other Lender Party and their respective successors, transferees and assigns assigns; provided, however, except as permitted by Section 10.04 7.3 of the Credit Agreement, that the Guarantor may not assign any of its obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders.
