Binding on Successors, Transferees and Assigns; Assignment. This Pledge Agreement shall be binding upon the Pledgor and its successors, transferees and assigns and shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by Pledgee and its successors, transferees and assigns; provided, however, that the Pledgor may not assign any of its obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the Pledgee.
