Common use of Binding Order Clause in Contracts

Binding Order. The Order will become binding upon Client at the earliest of the following:(i) the date the Equipment is shipped to Client; (ii) the date Client executes the Order, or (iii) the date on which PBI receives the first installment payment if the Equipment is to be paid for in installments. After the date the Order has become binding upon Client, there will be no refund of any deposit made by Client to PBI.
