Binding Terms and Conditions. The only terms and conditions which are binding upon Supplier in relation to the supply of goods and services to Customer are those set out in these terms and conditions, or as otherwise agreed to in writing by Supplier in which case those terms and conditions will prevail over these terms and conditions, and those terms, if any, which are imposed by law and which cannot be excluded.
