Common use of Binding; Third-Party Beneficiaries Clause in Contracts

Binding; Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto, the Noteholders, any Supplemental Credit Enhancement Providers, any Derivative Counterparties and their respective successors and permitted assigns. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, no other Person will have any right or obligation hereunder.

Binding; Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto, the Noteholders, any Supplemental Credit Enhancement Providers, any Derivative Counterparties and their respective successors and permitted assignsassigns and, in addition, the Owner Trustee shall be a third party beneficiary hereof.
