Binding Xxxxxx. Xx obligations under this Agreement continue throughout my entire employment by the Company, and certain obligations will survive and continue after my Separation. This Agreement binds my heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns and inures to the benefit of the Company and its successors and assigns.
