Common use of Biocept Field Clause in Contracts

Biocept Field. Subject to Section 4.3(d), Biocept shall have the sole right to bring and control any action or proceeding with respect to infringement of any Joint Patent in the Biocept Field, at its own expense and by counsel of its own choice.
