Biodiesel Quality Sample Clauses
The Biodiesel Quality clause sets standards for the quality and specifications of biodiesel to be supplied or used under an agreement. By clearly defining acceptable quality parameters, this clause ensures that the biodiesel provided is suitable for its intended use and helps prevent disputes over substandard or non-compliant fuel.
Biodiesel Quality. All samples, measurements and determinations referenced in this Article IX shall be drawn, taken and made, respectively, under the supervision of the Independent Inspector. Seller and Hawaiian Electric shall share equally the cost of independent inspections. The quality of Biodiesel sold and Delivered to the Receiving Facility shall comply with the Specification and Section 4.1.
