Common use of Biogen Idec Rights Clause in Contracts

Biogen Idec Rights. Biogen Idec shall have the right to grant any licenses or sublicenses under Biogen Idec Collaboration Technology to Develop, have Developed, Manufacture or have Manufactured Licensed Product anywhere in the world under the terms of this Agreement or to Commercialize, have Commercialized, import and have imported Licensed Products in the Licensed Territory, provided that any such licenses or sublicenses comply with the provisions set forth in Sections 3.3(c), 3.3(d) and 3.3(e) below, as applicable, and that Biogen Idec provides prior written notice to AVEO of any such licenses or sublicenses to any Third Party. In addition, Biogen Idec may sublicense the rights granted to it by AVEO under Section 3.1, in whole or in part, (i) to any of its Affiliates or (ii) to a Third Party with prior written notice to AVEO.
