BioGeneriX Technology Clause Samples

BioGeneriX Technology. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and solely to the extent necessary to enable Neose to carry out its obligations under the Research Plan and in connection with any technical assistance provided at the request of BioGeneriX, BioGeneriX hereby grants to Neose, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, license under the BioGeneriX Technology to use the BioGeneriX Technology for the sole purpose of carrying out its obligations under the Research Plan and to perform any technical assistance requested by BioGeneriX.
