BioLineRx Intellectual Property. Upon the Effective Date, Ikaria shall assume responsibility for the management of the preparation, filing prosecution and maintenance of any and all patent applications, including any interference proceedings related thereto, included in the BioLineRx Intellectual Property (including, for clarity, the Sublicensed IP, BioLineRx Patent Rights and patents and patent applications that claim or disclose BioLineRx Know-How).
