BIOLOGICAL AND HABITAT PROTECTION. Owner will inform XXXX of any biological resources that would or could be impacted by the Project, and specify any required mitigation measures or procedures to protect those resources during construction. XXXX shall be responsible for complying with these protection measures, and for ensuring that all Subcontractors also comply. Owner has the authority to perform inspections of XXXX'x work area at any time to ensure that these measures or procedures are being followed.
