Biontech Option Products. Biontech shall pay to Sanofi within [***] after the option exercise pursuant to Section 4.1, subject to receipt of the corresponding invoice emitted by Sanofi, a one-time, non-refundable, non-creditable option exercise fee per Biontech Option Product in the amount of [***].
Biontech Option Products.
