BioNTech Products Development. BioNTech shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to conduct all Development of BioNTech Products in the BioNTech Field in the Territory in accordance with a general development plan (as amended in accordance with this Agreement, the “BioNTech Development Milestone Plan”), the initial version of which is set forth in Exhibit E.
