Black Cloud Assets. Xxxxxx Xxx shall sell, transfer, convey, assign, deliver and set over to Purchaser, and Purchaser will purchase and accept, all of Golden Rex’s right, title, benefit and interest in the Black Cloud Assets pursuant to the applicable Quitclaim Deed.
