Black Start and Voltage Support. NCPA or its Scheduling Coordinator shall be entitled to Bid the resources on NCPA’s System in any open solicitation held by the CAISO for Black Start or Voltage Support services, provided that the supply of any service by NCPA shall not impair its ability to provide the service it is required by Article VIII of this Agreement to provide for NCPA’s System, and, if the services are sold to the CAISO, NCPA or its Scheduling Coordinator shall provide such services in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.
