Common use of Blackboard Property Clause in Contracts

Blackboard Property. Subject to the limited rights expressly granted hereunder, we and our licensors or suppliers own all right, title and interest in and to each of the Products and Services, along with all related documentation, materials, content, and specifications, and all modifications, enhancements, improvements, and all derivative works thereto. We also retain all right, title and interest to any work product or other intellectual property developed and/or delivered in connection with our provision of any services or the performance of any obligations hereunder. Any intellectual property rights that we do not expressly grant to you are expressly reserved by us.
