Blackout Period Limits. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Article IV to the contrary, in no event will the number of days included in all Blackout Periods during any consecutive 12-month period exceed an aggregate of 120 days and in no event will the Company be entitled to postpone the preparation, filing or effectiveness or suspend the effectiveness of a Registration Statement pursuant to this Article IV unless it postpones or suspends during the Blackout Period the effectiveness of any registration statements required pursuant to the registration rights of the Other Holders.
