Common use of BlackRock MMF Revenue Credit Clause in Contracts

BlackRock MMF Revenue Credit. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the aggregate SMCCF Cash Management Fee for any calendar quarter shall be reduced by the BlackRock MMF Revenue Amount for such quarter; provided that the aggregate amount of the SMCCF Cash Management Fee for any calendar quarter shall not be reduced to less than zero (i.e., the fees cannot be a negative amount).
