BLANKET CURE TERMS. The following Blanket Cure Terms shall apply between LENDER and ACS when in the course of its servicing, ACS submits claims to Guarantors which are rejected by the Guarantor for servicing errors which occurred prior to ACS’s servicing or for which ACS is otherwise not liable under the Servicing Agreement.
