Common use of Blanket Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Blanket Insurance Coverage. Nothing in this Agreement will prevent User from taking out insurance of the kind and in the amount provided for under this Exhibit under a blanket insurance policy or policies (certificates, or upon request of Commission, policies, thereof reasonably satisfactory to Commission will be delivered to Commission) which may cover other properties owned or operated by User as well as the Licensed Space, provided, however, that any such policy of blanket insurance of the kind provided for will (a) specify therein the amounts thereof exclusively allocated to the Licensed Space or User will furnish Commission with a written statement from the insurers under such policies specifying the amounts of the total insurance exclusively allocated to the Licensed Space, and (b) not contain any clause which would result in the insured thereunder being required to carry any insurance with respect to the DocuSign Envelope ID: 890B2A43-EDB5-40F6-A4E5-D906BFA0DAE6 property covered thereby in an amount not less than any specific percentage of the Full Replacement Cost of such property in order to prevent the insured therein named from becoming a coinsurer of any loss with the insurer under such policy. Any such policies of blanket insurance will, with respect to the Licensed Space, contain the various provisions required of such an insurance policy by the foregoing provisions of this Exhibit.
