Common use of Blanket Order Clause in Contracts

Blanket Order. If the order states that it is a blanket purchase order or blanket purchasing agreement, then, except to the extent otherwise expressly stated in the order, (1) Seller is obligated to deliver to or perform for Buyer all goods or services that Buyer orders or releases during the period or in accordance with any delivery or performance schedule specified on the face of the order, (2) Buyer is not obligated to order, release or purchase from Seller any particular quantity or volume of goods or services and (3) Buyer may purchase any or all of the goods or services from others.

Blanket Order. If the order states that it is a blanket purchase order or blanket purchasing agreement, then, except to the extent otherwise expressly stated in the order, , (1a) Seller is obligated to deliver to or perform for Buyer all goods or services that Buyer orders or releases during the period or in accordance with any delivery or performance schedule specified on the face of in the order, (2b) Buyer is not obligated to order, release or purchase from Seller any particular quantity or volume of goods or services services, regardless of any estimates or projections of future purchases, and (3c) Buyer may purchase any or all of the goods or services from others.
