BLM Recognition Letter. If requested by the Loan Servicer, the Loan Servicer shall have received a letter, executed by the Bureau of Land Management and addressed to DOE, covering such matters as may be reasonably requested by the Loan Servicer with respect to Bureau of Land Management Right-of -Way Serial Number OR-66140, effective January 19, 2010.
