Block Transactions by Merchant Type. This setting blocks in‐store purchases attempted at specific merchant categories. All transactions attempted with a card at these merchant categories will be declined. Internet/online purchases will not be blocked. First National Bank does not assign, maintain or have control over Merchant Category Code (“MCC”) listings. MCCs are defined by Visa and represent a general categorization of that business (i.e., Restaurants vs. Gas Stations) as such there may be some transactions that are allowed that you may have intended to block and vice versa. For example, if you allow “Restaurant” transactions but block “Entertainment” transactions, depending on the MCC assigned, we may block a transaction conducted at a restaurant within an entertainment venue in this example. FNB shall have no liability to you based on our failure or inability to block a transaction or for blocking an authorized transaction due to the MCC assignment or based upon inherent limitations of the geographic location service. As outlined in each service section, not all features of Online Banking are available via our FNB Direct Mobile Banking services.

When attempting to add a Xxxxxx using Snap‐to‐Pay, we will make a reasonable effort to automatically add your payee using the photo you provide. Due to variability in bill layouts and printing quality, we may not be able to automatically add all of your Billers you attempt to add with Snap‐to‐Pay. If we are unable to add your Xxxxxx using Snap‐to‐Pay, we will provide you with the ability to manually add that Xxxxxx. As outlined in each service section, not all features of Online Banking are available via our FNB Direct Mobile Banking services.

  • Electronic Check Transactions You authorize us to honor any electronic check conversion transaction and re-presented check fee debit transactions you authorize ("Electronic Check Transactions"). You agree that your authorization for an electronic check transaction occurs when you initiate such a transaction after receiving any notice regarding the merchant's right to process the transaction, including any written sign provided by the merchant at the time of your transaction. All terms governing electronic funds transfer services will apply to electronic check transactions, except the $50 and $500 limits of liability for unauthorized transactions in Section 9. You remain responsible for notifying us of any unauthorized electronic check transaction shown on your statement.

  • PROCEDURES FOR ADDRESSING UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS AND OTHER TRANSACTION PROBLEMS In the event of a problem with a Debit Card transaction, or unauthorized Debit Card transaction, other than a matter related to goods or services provided by Merchants, I will report the issue promptly to my Credit Union and the Credit Union will investigate and respond to the issue on a timely basis. My Credit Union will not unreasonably restrict me from the use of any funds subject to dispute, if it is reasonably evident that I did not contribute to the problem or unauthorized transaction. My Credit Union will respond to my report of a problem or unauthorized transaction within 10 business days and will indicate what reimbursement, if any, will be made for any loss incurred by me. Transactions involving your savings and checking accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement. Transactions involving your loan accounts will be subject to your applicable Loan Agreement and Disclosures.

  • Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor.
