BLOCKAGE OF PIPES. 7.8.1 The Tenant shall use its best efforts to prevent any blockage of sewerage or water pipes or drains in or connected with the Premises. 7.8.2 The Tenant shall remove at his cost any obstruction or blockage in any sewerage, water pipe or drain servicing the premises and where necessary repair the sewer pipe or drain concerned. 7.8.3 The Landlord warrants that the said pipes or drains are free of defect, obstruction or blockage as at the Commencement Date.
