BLOCKBUSTER COMMITMENTS. Beginning as of the date of this Agreement for Stores located in the United States, for Stores located in Canada within three (3) calendar months hereafter, and for Participating Franchises within twelve (12) calendar months hereafter, Blockbuster agrees as follows:
