Blockbuster Exploitation. As used herein, “Blockbuster Exploitation” means the Video Exploitation of the Picture through, any and all retail outlets owned and/or operated by Blockbuster Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees or licensees in the Territory at any time during the Term of the Agreement.
