Blocked Account Agreements and Account Debtors. (a) The Borrower shall have entered into the Blocked Account Agreement. (b) The Borrower shall instruct and direct each Account Debtor to send all payments with respect to each Account to the Commercial Blocked Account and the Government Blocked Account, as the case may be, for deposit established pursuant to this Agreement.
