Blocked Account Agreements and Securities Account Control Agreements. Blocked Account Agreements and Securities Account Control Agreements have been delivered to the Collateral Agent in respect of each DDA and Security Account identified on Schedule 3.03 to the extent required pursuant to the Credit Agreement, in each case duly executed by the Grantor which is the owner of the accounts referred to therein and the depositary institution or Securities Intermediary at which such accounts are maintained.
