Common use of Blocked and Pledged Accounts Clause in Contracts

Blocked and Pledged Accounts. If applicable, the Blocked Account and/or Pledged Account referred to in Section 3.10 hereof shall have been established to the satisfaction of Lender in its sole discretion; and
