Common use of Blocked Countries Clause in Contracts

Blocked Countries. If by reason of law, Licensee is unable to convert to US Dollars a portion of the amount due by it under this Agreement, then Licensee shall notify Ipsen in writing and Licensee shall pay to Ipsen such portion in the currency of any other country designated by Ipsen and legally available to Licensee. * CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED.
