Common use of Blocked Currency Clause in Contracts

Blocked Currency. If by Applicable Laws in a country or region in the Territory, conversion into Dollars or transfer of funds of a convertible currency to the United States becomes restricted, forbidden or substantially delayed, then Zai shall promptly notify Entasis and, thereafter, amounts accrued in such country or region under this Article 9 shall be paid to Entasis (or its designee) in such country or region in local currency by deposit in a local bank designated by Entasis and to the credit of Entasis, unless the Parties otherwise agree.
