Blue-Penciling of Agreement. The parties agree that, in the event any court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction determines that the above covenants are invalid or unenforceable, the court or tribunal shall have the power and discretion to construe the applicable provisions by limiting or reducing them so as to be enforceable to the maximum extent compatible with applicable law.
