Common use of Blue Sky Approvals Clause in Contracts

Blue Sky Approvals. All permits and other authorizations under the state securities laws necessary to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby and to issue the shares of CHC Common Stock to be issued in the Company Merger shall have been received and be in full force and effect.

Blue Sky Approvals. All permits and other authorizations under the state securities laws necessary to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby and to issue the shares of CHC Summit Common Stock to be issued in the Company Merger shall have been received and be in full force and effect.

Blue Sky Approvals. All permits and other authorizations under the state securities laws necessary to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby and to issue the shares of CHC PCBI Common Stock Shares to be issued in the Company Parent Merger shall have been received and be in full force and effect.

All permits and other authorizations under the state securities laws necessary to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby and to issue the shares of CHC CSB Common Stock Shares to be issued in the Company Parent Merger shall have been received and be in full force and effect.

All permits and other authorizations under the state securities laws Securities Laws (other than that referred to in Section 6.1(d)) and other authorizations necessary to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby Merger and to issue the shares of CHC Parent Common Stock to be issued in the Company Merger shall have been received and be in full force and effect.

All permits and other authorizations under the state securities laws laws, if any, necessary to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby and to issue the shares of CHC Village Financial Common Stock to be issued in the Company Merger shall have been received and be in full force and effect.
