Common use of Blue Sky Approvals Clause in Contracts

Blue Sky Approvals. The Company shall have taken all actions necessary for the exemptions from the state securities laws in which the Series C Shares are being sold on or before the Closing Date, or at such time thereafter as may be required by the applicable statute.

Blue Sky Approvals.
