BNG Name. Affiliate will not use BNG’s name or trademarks in any promotional or marketing materials, nor will Affiliate promote BNG’s programs in any way, without BNG’s prior written consent. Affiliate will obtain BNG’s written consent before Affiliate produces or distributes any materials relating to the Merchant Program. Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that it has no rights to use BNG’s trademarks and service marks without BNG’s prior written consent. BNG’s written consent required under this paragraph will not be unreasonably withheld.
