Common use of Board Expenses Clause in Contracts

Board Expenses. The Company will pay reasonable out-of-pocket expenses (including reasonable air fare and hotel expenses) of non-employee members of the Board in connection with attendance at meetings of the Board upon presentation to the Company of an itemized accounting of such expenses with reasonable supporting data.
