Board Lots. Prior to the Effective Time and after giving effect to the Consolidation, CIVC shall ensure it has the requisite number of public shareholders that each hold at least a “Board Lot”, as defined in the CSE Policies, of CIVC Shares, and shall take all commercially reasonable steps, including, without limitation, undertaking a private placement to ensure it has the requisite shareholders holding a Board Lot.
