BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS    Pasal 16 DEWAN KOMISARIS. 1. The Board of Commissioners shall consist of 6 (six) commissioners, whereby one of them shall be appointed as the President Commissioner and one other shall be appointed as the Vice President Commissioner. 1. Freeport has the right to nominate 3 (three) members of the Board of Commissioners and Inalum Group has the right to nominate 3 (three) members of the Board of Commissioners in accordance with the Shareholders Agreement. 2.
