Board of Trustees Fees. The Board of Trustees shall be entitled to reasonable compensation for the services rendered pursuant to this Trust Agreement. Such compensation shall be mutually agreed to by the parties, or if no such agreement is reached, then in such amounts as shall from time to time be set forth in Board of Trustees’ published fee schedule in effect at the time related services are rendered. 9.2
